1. Hair will be used from my supply.  If I don't carry hair that a customer wants, I will either order the hair from my supplier (Dollyhair) at the customer's cost.  My preferred choice of hair is nylon, which Hasbro used on G1, G2, G3, and G4 ponies.  I carry a large selection of nylon hair in wide variety of colors, and chances are you will find what you are looking for! :-)  Sometimes one skein of nylon hair is not enough to rehair a pony.  This happens most frequently in foreign ponies, which often have more plug holes.   I do my best to use a single skein of hair, but sometimes more is required.  In this case a small additional charge will be added to the total.  If the customer prefers an alternate type of hair, such as yarn or embroidery floss, he/she may provide the hair. 

2. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. Shipping is usually very minimal, and I will ship any method requested. Seventy-five cents (0.75) is added to cover the cost of packing materials. I ship worldwide!  Insurance is required for U.S.A. customers.  I am not responsible for packages lost in the mail if overseas insurance in not purchased.  I take extreme care in the packaging of commissions, which are always sent in boxes! 

3. Payment must be made by one of the following methods:  Paypal, Money Orders, International Money Orders, Western Union transfers, or USD cash (sent at the customer's risk).  I may accept a Personal Check if we have done business before or if you have extensive positive feedback at one or more pony-related boards. 

4. A note on damage:  Whenever possible, I do not use an Xacto knife to break the glue seal of a pony's neck. G3 heads in particular can be extremely difficult to remove, and it is often necessary to cut through the inner lip. When the neck is reglued (optional, see order form) any damage that the occurs during this process usually disappears.  Removing the head of a So Soft pony may alter or damage the flocking around the neck seal. By sending me a pony, the customer agrees that I am not liable for any damage that may occur to the pony (neck or otherwise).
